SS5 of the Rally Finland was suspended then canceled, although Kalle Rovanperä had started. The organization puts forward security reasons with spectators.

The 5th special of Rally of Finland was cancelled. When Kalle Rovanperä had just started SS5, the marshals waved a red flag to suspend the stage. A few minutes later, the organization announced the cancellation of the special for security reasons. A priori, some spectators would be placed in dangerous areas and too close to the road, which forced the FIA ​​to cancel SS5.

The general classification of the Rally Finland therefore remains the same, with Ott Tänak in the lead ahead of Esapekka Lappi and Elfyn Evans.
