François Delecour's son wants to launch his career

At only 15 years old, Mathys Delecour wants to follow in his father's footsteps. The son of Francois Delecour, vice-world rally champion in 1993, wants to start his career... in Romania, as part of the Dacia Sandero Cup.

It was through a message on his Facebook page that the teenager shared his goal. “I would like to be able to learn my skills there and progress at the wheel of a car whose simplicity will force me to have very demanding driving skills... My dad has excellent memories of this country after his three coronations around ten years ago. years and pushes me to go there and perfect my driving skills! »

Mathys Delecour is calling for financial support in order to be able to compete in the championship. In Romania, it is not compulsory to have a driving license to compete in the Dacia Sandero Cup. During liaison courses, the co-driver can take the wheel.

» Without a partner, it's difficult to imagine a complete program: 9 races -> 4 dirt and 5 asphalt! I would like to put together a budget so that I can make my dream come true and see if I am capable of more afterwards! I am asking you for mobilization by contributing to my approach... It's very simple, share this post as much as possible in order to attract possible partners, and if you have any leads, don't hesitate to talk to me about it in a private message or by email mathys.delecour83@icloud.com! See you soon on special I hope. »
