The lovely gift from the McRae family to Rovanperä

When for his Rally of New Zealand contested earlier this month, Kalle Rovanperä became the youngest world rally champion WRC at 22 years and 1 day. The Finn thus beat the record previously held by Colin McRae, crowned in 1995 at the age of 27.
To celebrate this feat, the McRae family decided to give Kalle Rovanperä a gift, and not a small one. Present at the start of the historic RallyLegend rally in San Marino, the Finn received the pair of shoes used by Colin McRae during his world title season 27 years ago.
