The program for the 52nd Rallye de Lozère
After 2 years of absence Rally from Lozère is back for its 52rd editing ! Third round of the French D2 Rally Championship, the Lozère Rally saw big names in rallying such as Jean-Louis Clarr, Philippe Touren, Jean-François Bérenguer and Hugues Delage win. The latest winner, Nicolas Hernandez (Skoda Fabia) is the favorite but he will have a hard time facing the Citroën C4 WRC from the stage local Eric Rousset. He dreams of achieving another success on this rally to equal the number of 3 victories of Thierry Costeraste.
We will of course have to count on the outsiders who will undoubtedly be Mickaël Reydellet (VW Polo) and Eddie Lemaitre (Skoda Fabia) or even former winners like Gilles Roca (Skoda Fabia) and Yannick Vivens (Citroën DS3 R3). Enthusiasts will certainly have a favorite car: as an almost neighbor, the Alesian Romain Dumas co-driven by the great Denis Giraudet will thrill enthusiasts with a spectacular and sonorous Porsche GT3 RS and hope to take part in the debates.
The rally will begin with the return of a morning prologue on Saturday in the new special “Les Menhirs”. 11 special stages are on the program of celebrations including 2 passages in the legendary 20 kilometer long Pompidou special on Saturday. The Sunday specials will be unique.

11 competitors will be at the start of this 6th round of the Michelin Rallye tour 2022. The victory in 4-wheel drive will certainly be decided in the first lines of the general classification between Eddie Lemaitre (Skoda Fabia), Mickaël Reydellet (VW Polo) and Jeremie Turco (Skoda Fabia).
