Léo Rossel will compete in eight rounds of the French Rally Championship in 2023 in a PH Sport Citroën C3 Rally2.

Léo Rossel becomes official Citroën Racing driver

The pyramid set up by the Stellantis group in rally turns in favor of Léo Rossel. The 2022 Stellantis Motorsport Rally Cup winner aboard a Peugeot 208 Rally4 enters the French Rally Championship in 2023.

The younger brother of Yohan Rossel (3rd in WRC2 in 2022) will compete in eight rounds of the French championship with a Citroën C3 Rally2 entered by the PH Sport team. It is also the opportunity for the 25-year-old driver to become an official Citroën Racing representative.
