Elfyn Evans catches some air from Thierry Neuville in Mexico. In WRC2, Adrien Fourmaux lost big by being stopped on the side of the road.

Mexico, SS21 – Almost equal game between Evans and Neuville

The match for second place Rally du Mexique 2023 est intense. Sur la plus longue spéciale de l’épreuve, 35 km et 25 minutes d’effort, Elfyn Evans (Toyota) and Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) ont pratiquement inscrit le même temps, à 1″7 près !

The Welshman emerged victorious from this duel, and thus increased his lead in the general classification to 5″8 over the Belgian.

In WRC2, it’s a disaster for Adrien fourmaux (M-Sport Ford) ! Le Français est signalé arrêté en bord de route, sans que l’on sache s’il s’agit d’un accident ou d’un problème mécanique. Il ne finira pas 2e comme il pouvait y prétendre, mais parviendra-t-il au moins à voir le bout ?
