Monte-Carlo – SS1: Ogier strikes first

The boss is here! Already in good shape during the Shakedown this Thursday morning where he achieved the best passage, Sébastien Ogier started this perfectly Rally Monte-Carlo 2023. On roads he knows perfectly, the eight-time world champion took the first scratch on the line on the night of Turini.
Avec un chrono en 10’22″9, Sébastien Ogier a mené les débats dans cette ES1 devant Elfyn Evans qui a terminé à 1″3. Derrière le duo Toyota, Thierry Neuville ranked 3rd but a little further since he is 6 seconds from the lead. Reigning world champion Kalle Rovanperä started slowly conceding 7″4 on the Habs. Second Frenchman entered, Pierre-Louis Loubet was inserted between Ott Tänak and Esapekka Lappi in 7th position.
