Sébastien Ogier, Sir 100%. The eight-time champion WRC is in the process of scaring off the competition with a 5th scratch in five specials... and this, without its hybrid system. The Frenchman was the fastest on SS5 Rally Monte-Carlo with a time of 8'30″7 on the 14,55 kilometer special.

Beyond this special victory, Ogier performed excellently overall since Elfyn Evans, then 2nd and in contact with the Frenchman since yesterday evening, suffered a puncture. The Welshman lost more than 40 seconds and now finds himself in 5th place overall. Thierry Neuville took the opportunity to move up to 2nd place, relegated to 32″7 behind the leader.
