Pierre Ragues took second place in 29th Rally du Coutançais at the wheel of his Skoda Fabia S2000 who finished 20 seconds behind the winner Sébastien Alemany on Peugeot 207 S2000. The reigning champion of theELMS was leading the event before falling to second place due in particular to a poor choice of tires and a storm that occurred in the last of the eight special stages. The podium is completed by the Renault Ckio RS of Jean-Michel Leclerc who finished less than three seconds behind the local driver's Skoda.
