Rally of the Viganais Country. June 3-5

Dominated on Saturday by Vivens (206 Maxi), Clémençon (208 T16) and Pougnant (Clio RS), the Héraultais Burnens finally won the 14th edition of the Pays Viganais rally. The storms of the first stage in Saint-Martial then Peyregrosse favored the first starters. On Sunday, Burnens returned to 3rd place at the end of the first two SS then, in SS7, the abandonments of Vivens (box break) and Clémençon (exit) left him the way to his 2nd success of the season. Pougnant, never left behind, took a convincing 2nd place, closely followed by Virazel who made the most of a 208 R2. First ahead of the Clio de Rocher, Rouquette and Valette, Albert (Subaru) signs group N ahead of Baldini's Mégane RS.
