Autumn Rally – Jean-Marie Cuoq ready for the double

Winner last year, Jean-Marie Cuoq (C4 WRC) is back in Charente-Maritime to register his name for a second consecutive time in the winners of the rally of Autumn. Undefeated this season with 7 successes and 2 retirements due to mechanical problems, the Ardéchois is the big favorite on the small roads of the La Rochelle hinterland. Since last year, the Autumn Rally has left the port of La Rochelle to take refuge in Châtelaillon-Plage and Surgères.

Cuoq's main challenger, Poitevin Nicolas Hernandez (VW Polo R5) remains in two consecutive second places in previous editions. Pierre Ragues will undoubtedly be one of the attractions of this 64th Autumn Rally, at the wheel of his Alpine A110 Rally RGT.

After a month's break, the Michelin Rallye Tour resumes with a great fight announced between David Laussel and Franck Badel in 1-wheel drive. Pascal Ropers will once again delight spectators at the wheel of his Porsche 997 GT3.

14 SS and 161,860 timed km are on the program for this 64th edition for the 175 crews entered. Departure Friday at 15 p.m. from Châtelaillon-Plage, arrival Saturday at 22 p.m.
