Associated with Bruno Brissart, Laurent Bayard did not miss the opportunity to add his name to the winners of this event organized for the first time at the national level. The Corolla driver WRC immediately took command and left only the “show” special to his runner-up, Saint Requier who had to deal with a delicate horse on Sunday.

On his home turf, Fouteret notably achieved a superb series of times in the formidable ES of Monsville to definitively protect himself from the threat posed by a stubborn Ducrocq to win the podium.

Winner in 2016, Berthelot reversed the trend at the last minute on the R4 side against Pavy who will leave the finishing park. Behind Fouteret Impériale in group N, Vanraes preceded Bombecke's other Mégane RS. Starting cautiously, Croquet went on the offensive at the restart and quickly took the lead of the group F2000 ahead of Waroquier. Initial leader, Labure had unfortunately stumbled.
