The main protagonists of the French 2 championshipedivision were present on the 51erally of Lozère disputed in the southern Cévennes. Pustelnick (DS3) WRC) took the lead from the start, but the weather played tricks on him in the long chono du Pompidou where the downpour was intermittent. Starting on soft tires, Poitevin Hernandez overtook him and drove home the point in 2epassage where the dry alternated with the wet.

In the evening, Pustelnick, already at 27", preceded Bizontin Millet, more than a minute behind. Sunday, Pustelnick went off the road, Hernandez just had to play despite Millet who played on an equal footing and reached 2eplace. Cardénas, first beaten by Clémençon on a poor choice of tires on Saturday, moved up to 3eposition. The Lozérien Plan took the 4eplace at the end of a fierce fight with Durand (Clio), Vivens (DS3) and André (207 S 2000). 9efrom the scratch, Normand Lemaitre (Skoda) took the lead in the championship.
