Rally Sweden, SS12 – Tänak gets even closer
The duel for the lead of the race Rally de Suède 2023 prend une tournure encore plus intense suite à la 12e épreuve spéciale ce samedi 11 février. Si le meilleur temps a été réalisé par Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota), c’est bien Ott Tänak (M-Sport Ford) qui s’attire les lumières en effaçant une partie de son retard sur Craig Breen (Hyundai).
The 2019 world champion is now only 1”7 behind the Irishman! “I was surprised by a snowdrift at the start of the special, I was able to get out of it quickly,” said Craig Breen.
On this SS, Elfyn Evans (Toyota) hit a snowdrift and was forced to turn around. The Welshman lost around twenty seconds as well as 5th place overall to the benefit of Thierry Neuville (Hyundai).
