Julien Maurin took the lead in the 48th Rally of Limousin by signing three scratches in a row at the wheel of Fiesta WRC with which he is now 16 seconds ahead of the Citroën C4 WRC of the reigning French Gravel Rally champion. David Salanon still completes the provisional podium in his Ford WRC ahead of the Mini JCW WRC of Pierre Roché and the Citroën of Éric Rousset. Yoann Bonato finished the day in sixth place in his Opel Adam which was one second ahead of Jean-Charles Beaubelique's Fiesta R5 and two seconds ahead of Manu Guigou's Mégane RS.
