The event took place over a single day with three stages to be completed three times. On his new mount, Bect led the way from the start. Behind the untouchable, we witnessed a duel between Ginhoux and Lacomy, the latter gradually positioning himself as runner-up – even signing a scratch – but this would be short-lived since the Citroën driver crashed out in SS 7. Ginhoux only had to manage this 2nd place and thus erase his retirement from last year.
