Emmanuel Gascou (Peugeot 207 S2000) dominated the first stage of the Terre de Lozère. The Lionne driver, author of three scratch times this Saturday, is creating a little surprise since he is ahead of the WRC of Lionel Baud (Ford Fiesta) and Jean-Marie Cuoq (Citroën C4) of 6″3 and 12″, the latter having encountered an alternator belt problem at the very start of the event. There are still four special stages to contest tomorrow, including the double pass in Le Born and its 23 km.
