In the absence of the four-time winner Baud, Ludovic Gal announced the color by signing two scratches. Kévin Bochatay responded with a scratch and took the lead at the end of the first stage with only 2” ahead of Gal. Behind, Crétien is already 34'' and Pellier 42''. The duel continued the next day, but despite four best times, Gal could not catch up with Bochatay, author of three scratches for his part. The Fabia driver scored his first scratch victory in this event while Gal took the runner-up place as in 2018. To complete the final podium, Crétien contained Pellier and scored a great victory in group A. In the F2000, Gaillet (BMW 318) then Parmeland (Clio 3) – winner in 2018 – forced to retire, Durier had free rein to relegate his closest opponent (Perroux) to more than 3'. In Group N, after the mechanical problems of Montagne (Subaru Impreza), left the next day in super rally to sign 6 scratches out of 7, Genoud won easily, leaving his closest opponent Julien Gal more than 2'30'' behind.
