Sébastien Loeb (DS 3 WRC) finished the first stage of the Rallycircuit held at Paul-Ricard (Var) by winning the day's five special stages. The nine-time WRC champion has almost a minute ahead of Yvan Muller (DS 5 WRC). Quentin Giordano (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) still completes the provisional podium almost two minutes from the lead of the race with a few seconds ahead of Thibaut Durbec (DS 3 WRC) and Pepe Lopez (208 T16 R5).
Norman Nato (Peugeot 207 S2000) has slipped to 8th place while Anthony Beltoise (Skoda Fabia R5) is now in 12th position.
