Terre – Cuoq in the lead at Cardabelles

Jean-Marie Cuoq (Citroën C4 WRC) is in the lead at the end of the first stage of the Rally Terre des Cardabelles after having had an almost perfect day despite its position as opener. The Championship leader has a 40-second lead over Lionel Baud (Ford Fiesta WRC), while Serge Gillouin (Citroën Xsara WRC) is on the provisional podium more than a minute from the race lead. Matthieu Margaillan (Skoda Fabia S2000) and Cyrille Féraud (Mitsubishi Lancer WRC) complete the top five. Frédéric Hauswald (DS3 R3) leads the 2WD and the Citroën Racing Trophy.
