Starting on soft tires, Yoann Bonato (C3 Rally2-CHL Sport Auto) was the most efficient over the 6,95 kilometers of the La Garde Freinet special.
The four-time French Champion is ahead of Nicolas Ciamin (Fabia Rally2 evo-Oreca Store), the leader of the rally, 3,6 seconds. The Oreca Store driver opted for medium tires.
Already in great form yesterday afternoon, Cédric Robert (A110 Rally-Bonneton HDG) set the third provisional time ahead of Julien Saunier (A110 Rally-Sébastien Loeb Racing Bardhal), who tried a poker game by putting on four rain tires.
François Delecour (A110 Rally) completes the Top 5 of this first Sunday special ahead of Patrick Rouillard (Fabia Rally2-Rouillard Sport) and Pierre Roché (C3 Rally2-Team FJ).
