After a very good start from Jean-Manuel Beuzelin (winner of SS1 on his Peugeot 307 WRC) and Stéphane Pellerey (winner of SS2 on his Peugeot 207 S2000), Paul Chieusse pushed the pace in SS3 from Ruth / Serignan and took control of the Rally Land of Vaucluse. The Championship leader is two seconds ahead of Jean-Manuel Beuzelin and 6” ahead of Stéphane Pellerey. Title contender Germain Bonnefis remains in contact with the leaders by occupying fourth place in his 5 S207, seven seconds behind first place and less than a second behind the Peugeot preceding him.
