Jari-Matti Latvala has not yet completely hung up his gloves in rally. Le directeur de l’équipe Toyota en WRC had a little fun on Saturday, on the Lahti Historic Rally, in Finland. A week after the “Rally of 1000 Lakes” which saw the victory ofOtt Tänak, the Finn stayed home to drive a Toyota Celica GT-Four ST165. He was guided by his friend and former driver Juho Hänninen, who also works at Toyota Gazoo Racing.
The former WRC driver won the historic rally in his category, despite transmission problems on Friday.

Sami Pajari, leader of the Junior WRC category, was also lined up at the wheel of a Ford Escort RS1800 Group 4 powered by one of the famous BDA engines, a very different model from the Škoda Fabia Rally2 Evo that he drove during the week last at Rally Finland.
