Third scratch in as many special stages contested this Saturday morning in the Vosges for Quentin Giordano and his Volkswagen Polo GTI Rally2. The Sarrazin Motorsport driver achieved the best time on the legendary Pays d'Ormont special, in 13'28"0, leaving Eric Camilli (Citroën C3 Rally2) at 2"2 and Yoann Bonato (Citroën C3 Rally2) at 3" 8.

The latter, however, perfectly controls his lead in the general classification by maintaining a 21″ margin over the incisive Giordano. Quentin Gilbert (Ford Fiesta Rally2) lost more than 2″ in this SS20 after a high-speed spin, and is now 9'1″25 behind.

The fight for fourth place is intensifying since if Denis Millet (Volkswagen Polo GTI Rally2) remains classified at the foot of the podium, Eric Camilli has regained two positions in the general classification at the end of this special and returns to 8″4 from the lead. .
