Overall, Tänak still leads the event with 25″2 ahead of Mikkelsen and 32″9 over Sébastien Ogier (Ford). Juho Hänninen, despite a shock absorber that seems to be faulty, widens the gap on Elfyn Evans for fourth place, with 5″6 between the Toyota Yaris and the Ford Fiesta.

Craig Breen (Citroën) remains sixth ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala and Hayden Paddon (Hyundai). Kris Meeke (Citroën) was stopped before the special with technical problems and retired.

En WRC-2, the situation has greatly evolved, since Jan Kopecky (Skoda Fabia R5), leader until now, suffered a puncture in the ES and relinquishes the lead in the category to Eric Camilli (Ford Fiesta R5). The Frenchman, ninth overall ahead of Armin Kremer (Ford Fiesta WRC), is now in the lead in WRC-2 ahead of Pontus Tidemand (Skoda Fabia R5), 1'17″0 behind. Kopecky fell back to third position at 1'19″4.
