SS14 of Rally from Argentina, second passage in the long ES Los Gigantes – Cantera El Condor (38,68 km), saw Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) and Ott Tänak (Ford) tied for the best time in 19'45″5.

The tandem is ahead of Hayden Paddon (Hyundai) by 2″, and Sébastien Ogier (Ford) de 2″7. Latvala (Toyota) suit à 12″3 devant Elfyn Evans (Ford) pointé à 15″1, après avoir perdu le diffuseur arrière de sa Fiesta WRC M-Sport.

The latter, however, remains in the lead of the event, but sees his lead reduced to 30″4 over Neuville before the final timed sector of the day. Tänak completes the provisional podium, 38″8 behind Evans.

The main change in the general classification follows the stop of Mads Ostberg (Ford) in the SS, with a Fiesta damaged at the right rear suspension after hitting a rock.

The Norwegian will give up his fourth place to Sébastien Ogier. Latvala (Toyota) moved up one place, as did Paddon (Hyundai), Bertelli (Ford), Hänninen (Toyota), who lost 1'38″9 in this ES, Tidemand (Skoda), leader in WRC-2, and Dani Sordo (Hyundai).

Kris Meeke (Citroën) rolled over for the second time on this Rally Argentina.
