The Belgian Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) a signé le meilleur temps dans le second passage dans la Super Spéciale Parque Tematico, ultime secteur chronométré de la première véritable étape du Rally of Argentina 2017.
Le vainqueur du Tour de Corse devance de trois dixièmes la Toyota Yaris de Jari-Matti Latvala et de 1″4 la Ford Fiesta de Sébastien Ogier. Elfyn Evans (Ford) placed fourth at 1″9 and concluded the day as leader of the general classification.
Le Britannique conserve un net avantage sur la Ford Fiesta de Mads Ostberg, 2e à 55″7, et Thierry Neuville qui complète le podium en étant déjà pointé à plus d’une minute du pilote M-Sport / Dmack.
Sébastien Ogier climbs to fourth place at 1'06″7, and has slightly widened the gap on Ott Tänak (Ford), fifth at 4″6 from the four-time world champion.
Jari-Matti Latvala remains sixth, 1'29"9 behind Evans, and 18"6 behind Tänak, when Hayden Paddon (Hyundai), Lorenzo Bertelli (Ford), Juho Hänninen (Toyota) and Pontus Tidemand (Skoda), this last one still in charge WRC-2, still in the top 10.
