Carlos Sainz will take the wheel of a Peugeot 208 T16 R5 on the sidelines of Rally from Portugal. The double champion of WRC will celebrate the 30th anniversary of his debut at the wheel of a WRC where he competed in the Portuguese event at the wheel of a Marlboro Rally Team Ford Sierra RS Cosworth. The Spaniard retired following a turbo problem.
The Peugeot driver will compete alongside his co-driver Luis Moya in the Fafe-Lameirinha section with the car that Pepe Lopez uses in ERC.
