Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) concluded the second stage of the Rally de Catalogne en signant le scratch dans la super spéciale de Salou longue de 2,24km. Son coéquipier Dani Sordo a été le plus proche avec 9 dixièmes de retard. Ott Tänak (Toyota) a suivi à un peu plus d’une seconde. Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) a terminé à près de 3 secondes en précédant Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) et Sébastien Loeb (Hyundai) qui a lâché 2 secondes à l’Estonien.
Thierry Neuville has a nice lead of more than 21 seconds over Dani Sordo, but it is Ott Tänak who now occupies 3rd place with 6 tenths ahead of Sébastien Loeb. Jari-Matti Latvala found himself isolated in 5th position ahead of the Fords of Elfyn Evans and Teemu Suninen. Sébastien Ogier remains 8th.
