Ott Tänak (Toyota) a repris 2’’5 à Elfyn Evans (M-Sport) dans les 47,18km de Castagniccia, la plus longue spéciale du Tour de Corse. L’Estonien s’est classé à 8 dixièmes du scratch de Dani Sordo (Hyundai) qui a bouclé le parcours en 29’45’’0. Sébastien Ogier (Citroën) followed at just over a second while his direct opponent Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) failed at almost half a minute. Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) finished just over 7 seconds behind his teammate. Sebastian Loeb (Hyundai) lost 40 seconds by briefly going off the road.
Ott Tänak regains the lead of the Tour de Corse with a 2”3 lead over Elfyn Evans. Thierry Neuville remains 3rd, now 17 seconds behind the leader of the race. Dani Sordo remains 4th but it is Sébastien Ogier who now occupies 5th place, ahead of Teemu Suninen, Esapekka Lappi, Sébastien Loeb, Kris Meeke and Jari-Matti Latvala.
