Despite a slight exit from the road, Sébastien Ogier (Ford) took back a little more than 7s to Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) dans l’ES12 de La-Bâtie-Montsaléon – Faye. Le Belge a terminé à 15 secondes du scratch d’Elfyn Evans (Ford) qui a bouclé les 16,78km en 8’56’’7. Ott Tänak (Ford) finished more than 6 seconds behind his teammate, but the Estonian was able to resolve his mechanical problems on the link.
Craig Breen (DS 3) lost 15 seconds to Dani Sordo (Hyundai) who finished 11”6 off the scratch.
Thierry Neuville conserve une avance de 51s sur Sébastien Ogier. Ott Tänak pointe désormais à 39s de Sébastien Ogier. Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) et Dani Sordo complètent toujours le top cinq devant Craig Breen (DS 3).
