Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) a signé son 4e scratch d’affilée en remportant la spéciale de Saalahti, l’ES17 du Rally of Finland, 4,21km long, in 1'58''4. The leader of the event increased his lead by half a second over his teammate Esapekka Lappi who finished tied with Ott Tänak (Ford). Teemu Suninen (Ford) followed a second behind, gaining 1”4 from Juho Hänninen (Toyota).
Jari-Matti Latvala leads the group of Finns with a 7”8 lead over Esapekka Lappi. Juho Hänninen remains 3rd with only 1”4 ahead of Teemu Suninen, himself threatened by Elfyn Evans (Ford) who remains 5s from 4th place. Craig Breen (Citroën) follows 10s ahead Thierry Neuville (Hyundai).
