Not counting for the World Rally Championship, the Rally of Estonia serves as a dress rehearsal before the Finnish meeting at the beginning of August.

Esapekka Lappi places the Citroën C3 WRC in fifth place at 13″7, ahead of the returning Markko Martin, who is racing on home soil with a Ford Fiesta – M-Sport Ford. The R5 competitors are in the middle of the special, with Teemu Suninen (Ford Fiesta R5) provisionally credited with the best time.
