Ken Block was on a good pace at the Rally from Argentina, regularly finishing in the top ten times of special stages. However, the failure of the power steering of his Ford Fiesta RS WRC dropped him to 18th position. But the American consoled himself with his best special time, a 5th place in SS17 (3,9 km), 3?3 behind Jari-Matti Latvala (Ford).
« I really enjoyed being at this Rally Argentina », Comments Ken Block. “ If I had not suffered from another mechanical problem on Saturday (2nd stage), I would have had the speed necessary to score my first points of the season. But it wasn't completely bad because I achieved the 5th fastest time in SS17 on Sunday, which is my best performance in the WRC. »
