Marco Bulacia had already announced his move to WRC3 this year with a Citroën C3 R5, but the Bolivian's program, 7th in the Rally of Mexico 2019, was made official by Citroën Racing this Wednesday.
In Mexico in mid-March, Argentina, Italy-Sardinia, Turkey and Great Britain will be added. The Finnish and Safari events in Kenya should be added to the calendar, but must still be validated.
