Loeb: “A good feeling”

At the end of the shakedown, Sébastien Loeb sets the second fastest time, behind Petter Solberg. The Alsatian completed a very positive session. “For us, this session was above all an opportunity to test the new tire, notes the seven-time world champion. We started with settings similar to those we used in Portugal. It would have been better to cover more kilometers, but our three passages allowed us to get a good idea. I have a good feeling with the car, even if it slips a lot. This feeling is not only linked to the tires, but also to the surface which has evolved a lot since our first visit in 2008. There is a lot of gravel that will have to be swept away. Being second on the road tomorrow, we will not have the most enviable position. Anyway, I feel good on this ground. »
