Jarmo Mahonen, the promoter of Rally of Finland, will replace Morrie Chandler as chairman of the Commission of WRC. This Commission, made up of nine experts, is in charge of the regulations and orientation of the WRC.
He will be alongside Robert Reid, the former co-pilot of Richard Burns, who has just been appointed vice-president of the Commission.
