Mexico-SS2: Meeke takes the lead, Loeb on the pace

Kris Meeke (Citroën) took the scratch in the 26,05km of Duarte-Derramadero, the SS2 of Rally du Mexique, avec un chrono de 17’08 »9. Dani Sordo (Hyundai) a été le plus proche avec 2″8 de retard, tandis que Sébastien Loeb (Citroën) completed the top three for its first real ES in three years. The nine-time champion of WRC precedes his compatriot Sébastien Ogier (M-Sport), auteur d’une vraie performance en occupant la deuxième place derrière Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) on the road. The Championship leader was only able to set the tenth fastest time, more than 18 seconds behind the benchmark.

Kris Meeke took the lead in Rally Mexico with a 3'8 lead over Dani Sordo. Sébastien Ogier remains on the provisional podium, ahead of Sébastien Loeb by a handful of tenths, who remains less than six seconds behind his teammate. Ott Tänak (Toyota) complète le Top 5 devant Elfyn Evans (M-Sport), Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai), Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota) et Thierry Neuville. Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) complète le Top 10 devant Esapekka Lappi (Toyota).
