Snow, a frozen road… the ingredients were there for an SS9 full of emotions. Well she kept her promises. If Thierry Neuville won the scratch with a time of 16'28″3, it was the other big names who animated the special.

Ott Tänak suffered another puncture and this time lost more than eight minutes on the lead and is now 9'46″7 behind Sébastien Ogier. The latter experienced a rather calm special. Lacking grip, the Frenchman was content to hold on and let 42″6 slip on Thierry Neuville at the finish, without consequence.

The classification of SS9

SS10 is scheduled for 12:08 p.m.
