Thierry Neuville went off the road during its last day of testing before the Tour de Corse contested on the weekend of April 8. The crew appears to be unharmed in photos showing them outside the i20 WRC. The car ended up in a river near a bridge.

Hyundai a confirmé par la suite que Thierry Neuville et son copilote Nicolas Gilsoul étaient sortis indemnes de l’accident.
