Sébastien Ogier et Julien Ingrassia ont décroché leur cinquième titre mondial à l’issue du Wales Rally GB en s’assurant la troisième place. M-Sport est également sacré chez les Constructeurs.
The weekend is perfect for M-Sport with the victory of Elfyn Evans who signs her first success with Dmack in WRC by winning several tens of seconds ahead of Thierry Neuville (Hyundai). Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) s’est assuré la quatrième place devant Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota), Ott Tänak (M-Sport), Kris Meeke (Citroën), Hayden Paddon (Hyundai), Esapekka Lappi (Toyota) and Dani Sordo (Hyundai).
Thierry Neuville took the scratch in the Power Stage with a time of 4'01''2. The Belgian preceded Kris Meeke, Jari-Matti Latvala and Sébastien Ogier by a little more than a second. Andreas Mikkelsen completed the top five in the special.
