Sébastien Ogier (Ford) won the Rally Monte-Carlo en s’imposant devant Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota). Malgré ses soucis moteur, Ott Tänak (Ford) a sauvé sa place sur le podium face à Dani Sordo (Hyundai) 4e devant Craig Breen (DS 3). Elfyn Evans (Ford) ranks 6th ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda) winner in WRC 2.
Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) saved its weekend by winning the Power Stage. Taking advantage of better conditions before the snow arrived, the Belgian completed the 21,36km of the Power Stage in 14'14''4, half a minute ahead of Stéphane Lefebvre (Citroën). Juho Hänninen (Toyota) followed almost a minute ahead of Elfyn Evans and Dani Sordo who won the last bonus point for 6 tenths ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala.
