The French structure PH Sports is now offering Citroën Racing's latest creation for rental in rally, the C3 WRC 2017 version. After the DS3 R3-MAX, the DS3 R5 and the DS3 WRC, the C3 model continues the story linking the company based in Langres (Haute-Marne) and the French manufacturer.
