The Zimbabwean Conrad Rautenbach, driver of the Citroën Junior Team, stopped during his third pass in the shakedown of the Rally from Portugal. The upper cup of a shock absorber was torn off during an impact against a stone.
The car will be returned to the service park. The Citroën Junior Team hopes to repair quickly to allow Conrad Rautenbach to make another pass in the shakedown before 12:00 p.m.
