Kris Meeke (Citroën) took advantage of an error from Esapekka Lappi (Toyota) to climb to fourth place by signing his first scratch in the Power Stage with a time of 10'06''7. The Finn lost three places following his exit and slipped to seventh place behind Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) et Elfyn Evans (M-Sport). Le Belge a repris 10’’5 au Gallois et le devancer au classement général pour seulement une seconde ! Bryan Bouffier (M-Sport) décroche la huitième position devant Craig Breen (Citroën) and Jan Kopecky (Skoda), winner in WRC 2.
Kris Meeke beat Thierry Neuville by 2”3 in the La Cabanette-Col de Braus special. Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) followed at 4”4 ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala and Sébastien Ogier.
