Jari-Matti Latvala set the fastest shakedown time of the Rally from Portugal this morning during his third visit. The Ford driver is ahead of Petter Solberg and his Xsara WRC and Mikko Hirvonen on the second official Focus RS WRC. Sebastian Loeb is eighth.
