Skoda a annoncé ce mardi avoir livré le 100e exemplaire de sa Fabia R5. La création tchèque brille au niveau national et international face aux Ford Fiesta R5, Hyundai i20 R5, Peugeot 208 T16 R5 and other DS3 R5.

A son volant, le Finlandais Esapekka Lappi, désormais engagé au sein du Toyota Gazoo Racing de Tommi Mäkinen, a décroché le titre en WRC-2 in 2016, also allowing the brand to win the Teams title.
Skoda Motorsport will be there at the next Rally Monte Carlo, with Andreas Mikkelsen and Jan Kopecky. Pontus Tidemand will also be entered in a Fabia R5, but not entered in the WRC-2 category.
