Petter Solberg set the best time in the shakedown of the Rally from Sardinia, achieving a time of 1:45:4 at the wheel of his DS3 WRC on the 2,08 km long course. The Norwegian is ahead of the Fiesta RS WRC of Jari-Matti Latvala (+0”7) and Mads Ostberg (+0”8).
Sébastien Ogier set the 4th time (1:48??0) while Sébastien Loeb finishes the shakedown one second behind his teammate in ninth place.
Dani Sordo achieved a good first performance by placing his Mini WRC in sixth position, ahead of Mikko Hirvonen (Ford) and PG Andersson (Ford).
