Sweden – SS10: Suninen goes off the road

Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) est sorti de la route dans Hagfors, l’ES10 du Rally from Sweden, while he was in 2nd place. The Finn lost more than a minute, the time the spectators managed to replace the Ford Fiesta WRC on the road.

Ott Tänak (Toyota) a encore frappé fort en étant le plus proche du scratch de Sébastien Ogier 2 seconds late. Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) a suivi à plus de 5 secondes devant es Toyota de Kris Meeke et Jari-Matti Latvala. Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) a terminé à 9 secondes de la référence en reprenant 5 secondes à Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) et plus de 8 secondes à Elfyn Evans (M-Sport).

Sébastien Loeb (Hyundai) was again behind by failing around 20 seconds from the benchmark.

 

 

Ott Tänak now has a comfortable lead of more than 34 seconds over Andreas Mikkelsen. Elfyn Evans completes the new provisional podium with a little more than 5 seconds ahead of Esapekka Lappi. Thierry Neuville follows the Citroën at 4 seconds with less than 2 seconds ahead of Kris Meeke. Sébastien Loeb finds himself 7th with a dozen seconds ahead of Teemu Suninen. Pontus Tidemand remains in 9th place ahead of the Volkswagens of Ole Christian Veiby and Johan Kristoffersson, the leaders of WRC 2, and the Citroën of Mads Ostberg at the head of WRC 2 Pro.
