Sweden – SS11: Neuville fighting for the podium

Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) a été le plus rapide du groupe de tête au Rally of Sweden in SS11 at Vargasen. By completing the 14,21km at a tenth of the scratch of Sébastien Ogier (Citroën), le Belge a devancé Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) de plus de 2 secondes. Esapekka Lappi (Citroën) et Kris Meeke (Toyota) ont suivi à plus de 5 secondes en devançant Sébastien Loeb (Hyundai). Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai) finished almost 7 seconds just ahead of Jari-Matti Latvala (Toyota), Ott Tänak (Toyota) and Elfyn Evans (M-Sport).

 

 

Ott Tänak maintains a good lead at the mid-day break at Rally Sweden as he leads Andreas Mikkelsen by more than 33 seconds. Elfyn Evans remains on the provisional podium for one second ahead of Thierry Neuville who took 4th place with one second ahead of Esapekka Lappi. Sébastien Loeb remains in 7th place with 9 seconds ahead of Teemu Suninen. Pontus Tidemand (M-Sport) remains 9th.
